UCC Freshmen Admission Appointment System


  • Only qualified applicants must file an appointment (Registered voter of Caloocan City or a child of a registered voter of Caloocan City; Graduate of Elementary and/or High School in Caloocan City; or a Child of real property tax payer or sole proprietor tax payer of Caloocan).
  • Only applicants with an average of 85 and above during the recent grading period will be accommodated in the screening.
  • By clicking CONTINUE and by using this system, you authorize the UNIVERSITY OF CALOOCAN CITY (UCC) to collect, store, and process your data strictly for the purpose of Freshmen Admission.
  • Use only appropriate email. Email should include at least surname or first name of the applicant.
  • Avoid using special characters such as [\^£$%&*}{#~?><|=+¬]
  • Apply only once. Multiple entries may affect your admission status. Once proven, you may lose the chance of being admitted.
  • Please make sure that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • Once completed the online application, you will receive an Appointment Confirmation Booking via email. Print the Appointment Confirmation Booking (1 copy) and the Freshmen Admission Form (3 copies).
  • Strictly follow the appointment date and time stated in the email and personally submit the application form together with your supporting documents (original and photocopy of PSA birth certificate, elementary and/or SHS diploma, voter's certificate/ID of parent and/or applicant, and 2 copies of latest 2x2 photo).

  • You only have 60 minutes to complete your appointment process, otherwise you may start another.
  • No walk-in policy. Appointment documents will be checked at the entrance.
  • Appointment booked is non-transferable.
